Q. Why does C.A.T. have 100 Series, 200 Series, 300 Series guns and nozzles?
A. C.A.Technologies manufactures three different series of nozzles that * are used in three different gun models. The 100 Series, 200 Series and 300 Series guns are for use in different applications. The 100 series gun is intended for general purpose spraying and atomizes the widest range of coatings. The 200 series is recommended for corrosion control applications. Our 300 Series is our finest atomizing series and is perfect for wood, automotive or any application where fine finish is needed. All series of guns come in HVLP or Conventional and are offered in Pressure, Gravity feed and Automatic. We also make a patented 2 piece fluid nozzle, with a removable tip (the part that wears), for inexpensive replacement. We make air caps of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, anodized for durability.
