Slump Gauges

These glycerine filled gauges were designed for use on concrete ready mix trucks. The 4" model has a lower socket with special rear mounting studs, "L" clamps and wing nuts. Increments and numbers over 4500 psi and message, "Do Not Exceed 5000 psi" are printed in red. Pointers in sets of 5 are available at extra cost. The 2 1/2" 5000 psi model has front flange with 3 holes and 1/4" JIC fitting at rear.

Contractor Gauges

These general purpose dry gauges are popular in the HVAC & plumbing trades, or for anyone using media compatible with brass/bronze. Siphon & valve are suggested for use with steam. Stainless steel case and lens ring. Acrylic lens. Brass/bronze movement and 1/4" lower mount socket. ANSI accuracy Grade A [2-1 -2%]. Pointer is adjustable.

Ammonia Gauges

Gauges have steel internal movement, socket and case for use with anhydrous ammonia, nitrogen and other liquid fertilizers or ammonia based chemicals. Accuracy meets ANSI Standard B40.1. Socket 1/4" NPT.

Filter Gauges

Takes the "guess" out of changing the filter cartridge. Pressure (return line) 15 and 25 psi & vacuum (suction line) 3 and 5 "Hg models, gauges are 2" dry with steel case, wide chrome ring holding acrylic lens. Internal parts and 1/8" center back or rear connection are brass.

Ideal for industrial applications for air, oil, water, steam, gas or any media not corrosive to brass or bronze. Cases are epoxy coated heavy duty steel. Dial has PSI only single scale with large easy to read numbers. Accuracy: 1% full scale. Back flange (included) may be removed. Always use siphon (pig tail) on steam installations.

Compactor Gauges

For use on waste removal trucks, compactors, balers, etc. ali models have a 3 color coded dial in Green, Yellow and Red. the red zone is in two sections; 90-100% "Full" and "Danger." Glycerine filled stainless steel case with brass/bronze movement, tube and 1/4" socket. Other color combinations available on request.

Process Gauges

For use with a variety of media. Phenolic case is 4 1/2" with afront stainless steel safety bulkhead. SS Bourdon type tube, movement and socket. Reinforced blow-out back. Internal diaphragm prevents temperature errors. Dry Accuracy is 1/2% full range (Grade 2A, ANSI B40.1). Gauge is already equipped with Viton O-ring & Buna N bladder seal kit and may be filled at small additional cost. Filling reduces accuracy by 1/2%. Pointer has zero reset. Acrylic lens. Mostly secondary stock.*

Diaphragm Gauges

For low pressure use as conventional gauges are not accurate below 10 PSI. Models have black steel case and can be adjusted under pressure. Meets ANSI code B40.1 with 3-2-3% accuracy.
